Les tarifs d’inscription pour la conférence Villes et santé mentale 2024 sont les suivants :

• Participation in all conferences and breakout sessions.
• Refreshments during coffee breaks and full meals as indicated in the program.
• In-person meetings with speakers.
• Dedicated time and spaces for networking.
• Free entry to the museums of Plateforme 10.

A possibility to book accommodation is available through our dedicated platform.

The breakout sessions take place on the morning of November 20 at Plateforme 10. The breakout sessions are organized around five themes that will be the subject of presentations and discussions throughout the morning: participation is therefore possible for one thematic session only.

1. Grassroots initiatives
2. Partnerships with service users
3. Designing cities for mental health
4. Distributed care in cities
5. Art, museums and mental health (programme organised by the Musée cantonal des Beaux-Arts de Lausanne & Plateforme 10)

When registering, each participant is asked to choose the theme he/she would like to attend first, and then to indicate a second and third choice.

The organizers will do their best to respect this choice and allow everyone to attend the session of their choice, depending on room capacity. Everyone is asked to respect the organizational breakdown proposed by the organizers, to ensure that the sessions run smoothly.

Please note that you will only attend the presentations of one thematic session, as they are held simultaneously.

There will be no simultaneous translation during breakout sessions.

Registration fees are waived only for plenary speakers, round-table panelists and members of the organizing and scientific committees.

A certificate of attendance will be issued on arrival at the conference.

Cancellations received before 15.10.2024 will be refunded in full (less 50 CHF administration fee). After 15.10.2024, registrations will no longer be reimbursed.

The Conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to the conference participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. Please check the validity of your own travel insurance.
